You may opt to use one of these shipping companies. If you choose to use any of these carriers you will be charged for your shipping based on volume and weight. Our system automatically calculates shipping costs based on method of shipment and the speed of shipment.
Our standard UPS GROUND shipping usually takes 3-5 days. We will ship all orders before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day. Quebec and Ontario orders using UPS GROUND usually arrive the next day.
From time to time, the company may choose to run special free shipping offer. The free shipping code will be emailed to you along with the promotion. You must use Free-Shipping PROMO CODE to receive your free shipping. Free Shipping policy applies to Canadian orders only. Other countries will have to pay for their shipping costs regardless of the amount of products they purchase.

Once logged in to www.canada-on-line.com, you will be able to view all your orders. Also, on each order, shipping/tracking is showed by clicking on the tracking number; you will be able to locate your product in transit.
You cannot change the method of shipment once the product has left our warehouse. Manual override is possible by contacting (514) 731-1500 or writing to "shipping @ canada-on-line.com".
